AIMS & OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION
The Objectives of the Association shall be:
a) To promote and recognize activities/achievements in the field of arts, education (schools and colleges), science, literary, philosophy, sports, music, culture and skill development etc, throughout the state.
b) To create awareness about issues and problems (legal, administrative, academic, human resource development etc.) facing by the unaided private schools and colleges of Karnataka and to create a common vision, strategy, organization structure, systems and process for solving the issues and problems.
c) The Association will work to create positive and healthy co-ordination, co-operation and trust among member schools by following transparent, democratic and fair working.
d) To engage with parents and leaders in the community to build partnerships and network for a larger cause of improving educational environment and excellence.
e) To create co-operative relationships with other non member organizations and individuals in the region pursuing the same objectives.
f) To represent, the cause of and on behalf of its members before the authorities and the public in proper perspective and defend them administratively and legally.
g) To inculcate the spirit of “caring and sharing” and to facilitate closer networking and collaboration among the Unaided Recognized Private Schools and colleges aimed at excellence in education.
h) To promote and recognize training programs from managements, head of institutions and in-service training for teachers and recognize their achievements.
i) To create a collectively organized, and managed institution with the following objectives:
a. To work for creating, collective vision, capabilities, skills and positive attitude among the parents, educators, teachers, educational leaders
and Govt Authorities at the state.
b. And to work for creating coordination, communication and Synergy among the association, the government, the media and educational institutions of the state of Karnataka to ensure development and growth of the quality education in our state.
c. To work for research development, innovation, collective learning and de-learning in the field of education at the state and the national level.
j) To work for creating an environment for better facilities, salaries, job security and empowerment of staff members working in the member schools and colleges and the state.
k) To collect funds by aid, subscription donation Corpus from publics Assistance from the government, non government organization and other organizations to control and to meet the investments and expenditure of the funds are collected.
l) To do all such other lawful acts, deeds, things that will be incidental and conducive for attainment of the objectives
m) The income of the Association by whatever means shall be utilized for the objects of the Association and shall not be distributed among its members or anybody.
